FREE 12 Days of Christmas Challenge!

I CAN NOT believe it’s almost December. I mean seriously, what is time?

It’s easy to be a negative Nancy about 2020 and just look forward to it ending, but I have another idea.

What if we embraced the last month of the year with a new attitude? What if we tried our best to make the most out of what’s left of 2020? The holidays will be different this year, so why don’t we try doing something different?

I put together a super fun & FREE 12 Days of Christmas Challenge and I want YOU to join me!

I know we don’t have a lot of free time around the holidays, so don’t worry! It’s SUPER SIMPLE!

12 minutes of movement for 12 days.

I’ll provide the equipment-free workouts (get them here!), but you can do your own if you’d prefer. Hiking, jogging, weightlifting, yoga, dancing, or whatever type of movement you want all count! But the goal for all of us is the same: 12 minutes daily.

I think there are VERY few people who actually don’t have 12 minutes to spare in the day. This might mean waking up 12 minutes earlier, or taking 12 minutes away from scrolling on Instagram. But I think we can ALL commit to 12 minutes.

Why should you join the challenge, you ask? Good question. Movement does all of the following:

  • Reduces stress & anxiety

  • Improves sleep

  • Raises metabolic rate

  • Increases feel-good neurotransmitters

And so much more. I think we can ALL benefit from these, especially around this time of year! If you’re thinking I’m crazy for doing this right before the holidays, you might be right. Maybe everyone has already thrown in the “fitness towel” and will pick it back up in 2021. To that I say:

This is not a “lose 12 pounds in 12 days” challenge.

This is to reduce stress, improve your mood, and help you build a habit around movement that you can carry on into 2021.

Because I care so much more about where your head’s at than where the scale is.
