Reintroducing: Well From Within

If you’ve been here for a while, you may have noticed I haven’t been talking about this company for the past few… years haha

Not because I haven’t been working, though. I’ve taken some breaks with two seasons of maternity leave, but I keep coming back to working 1:1 with clients because it’s what I absolutely LOVE to do. And although being a wife and mother come first, I am so lit up by root cause healing that my work allows me to show up even better for my family.

If you’re new here, over the past 8 years I’ve worked with over 500 clients through various struggles - gut health, mold toxicity, infertility, pregnancy, hormone imbalance, Lyme disease, parasitic infections… the list goes on.

Most of this time was spent with a team of incredible women over at Meadowell, and I absolutely would not be the practitioner I am today without them! As this chapter of Meadowell comes to an end, I am beyond grateful for all that I have gained from those years.

And now I’m coming back to serve clients through Well From Within.

As I’ve worked with clients and grown in my own faith and understanding of wellness, I’ve become more and more convinced that health is about so much more than what we eat, how we move, or what our latest lab results say.

True wellness starts within.

Over the years, I’ve met so many wonderful people who genuinely want to be as healthy as possible—but somewhere along the way, wellness became rooted in fear. Fear of certain foods. Fear of toxins. Fear of symptoms. Fear of making the wrong choice. Fear that they aren’t doing enough.

It doesn’t have to be this way. Becoming Well From Within is about approaching our health from a place of faith instead of fear.

It’s about taking care of our bodies while remembering that health is not the ultimate goal—it’s a gift that allows us to show up more fully for the calling God has for our lives.

While some things are changing in my business, even more is staying the same. I’ll still be here sharing practical wellness tips and working through complex root cause protocols with my clients.

But moving forward, I want to make even more space for something that has always been at the heart of my work: faith in Jesus Christ.

My hope is that Well From Within becomes a place where you can learn to care for your body with your God-given intuition—and without getting caught up in fear, extremes, or the pressure to do everything “perfectly”.

A place where we pursue health with open hands.

A place where wellness supports the life God is calling us to live rather than becoming the center of it.

And a place where we can grow closer to Jesus together.

I’m so grateful you’re here for this next chapter.

Welcome back to Well From Within.

Rooted in faith. Growing in wellness.
